3. If the dog in question of health within 72 hours, For example: Enteritis, please to show medical certificate to my personal vet, will be refunded or the same price in exchange for a dog.

4. Serious buyers only. Buyers please think properly before buying and the ability to take care of dogs. The reason of 'No time', 'Dog is too noisy', 'Family members do not like', 'Dogs pee and poo around' are not accept to be refund or return.

5. Cash Malaysia or transfer payment only. Cheque and credit card are not acceptable.
